At Perry's Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new piece; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
